Montgomery County Precinct 5 Deputy Constable John David Garcia, 33, was killed Thursday, July 17, 2003 when his patrol car was hit by a sports utility vehicle while he was on patrol in Southwest Montgomery County. Deputy Garcia is survived by his wife, Shannon, and his fourteen-year-old daughter, Patricia.
