On
April 4, 2004, Houston Firefighter Kevin Kulow, a 7 month member
of the Department, was found in the burned rubble of a building
fire in Northwest Houston. Firefighter Kulow, 33, lived in Sealy,
and is survived by his wife and 2 young sons, Justin 12, and Kyle
5. The fire was classified as an arson case and capital murder charges
have been filed.
