Officer Eydelmen Mani, 30, died in the line of duty on Wednesday morning, May 19, 2010, after his patrol car crashed while on his way to assist with a high speed chase. Officer Mani had been an Officer with the Houston Police Department for seven years. He is survived by his wife and a three year old son.
