Harris County Precinct 5 Deputy Constable Jason Norling, 38, was killed Monday morning, October 1, 2007. The veteran motorcycle officer was hit by a vehicle on the Westpark Tollway during a routine traffic stop. He died shortly after 1 p.m. at Memorial Hermann-The Texas Medical Center. Deputy Norling is survived by his wife, Lisa.
