  • 1Will a 100 Club decal keep me from getting a ticket?
    • The decal is an expression of support for the thousands of peace officers and firefighters who put their life on the line daily so we may live in a free society.

  • 2How do I join The 100 Club and is my gift tax-deductible?
    • You may get information by clicking on the Join The 100 Club banner at the top of this page or on many of the other pages in this website. Your gift is tax-deductible. The 100 Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Click here to download a copy of our tax ID number and IRS determination letter.

  • 3Do you sell or trade my personal information?
    • No.

  • 4How do I get 100 Club decals, how long will it take for me to get them, what color are they, and how many will I get with my membership?
    • We automatically send two (2) decals with each membership donation. It usually takes between two to three weeks for us to process your membership and get the decals back out to you. Each year we change the colors of the decal with the exception of the lifetime membership decal, which is gold.  After you become a 100 Club Member you may request replacement decals by calling our office or by sending us an email to the address provided on the Contact Us Page. Decals will be mailed as long as your membership is current.

  • 5What is the difference between a Membership Donation and a Survivor's Fund Donation? Why didn’t I get decals when I made my Survivor's Fund Donation?
    • Donations made for membership receive the automobile decals. Donations made for membership, special contributions, and other events are used to fulfill our mission of helping the dependents of firefighters and law enforcement officers, providing law enforcement agencies with life-protecting equipment and providing law enforcement with educational opportunities. 

      100% of your tax-deductible donation to the Survivor's Fund goes to help the dependents of peace officers and firefighters. When the unfortunate happens and an officer or firefighter is killed in the line of duty, The 100 Club appeals to its members and to the public for donations and disburses funds to the dependents of the officer or firefighter.

  • 6How long does my membership run? Is it for a calendar year?
    • Regular Memberships, Business Memberships, and 1st through 3rd Quarterly Life Memberships run for one year. Life and Business Life memberships are for life. Annual Memberships do not run per calendar year. Memberships begin the first day of the month following the date you join, and run for 12 consecutive months.  

  • 7Who do you help and in what geographical area?
    • The 100 Club currently covers firefighters and law enforcement officers in a 18 county area that includes Austin, Brazoria, Brazos, Burleson, Chambers, Colorado, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Harris, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller and Washington counties. We also provide “line of duty” death benefits statewide to dependants of commissioned personnel with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, and Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, and institutional personnel with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The 100 Club Board of Directors added “line of duty” death and catastophically injured benefits for law enforcement officers and firefighters in Angelina, Houston, Jasper, Lee, Leon, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Robertson, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler counties.

  • 8Does The 100 Club have volunteer opportunities?
    • Although we have no structured volunteer program, we always encourage individuals and groups to help recruit new 100 Club members.

  • 9Is The 100 Club part of a law enforcement agency?
    • No. The 100 Club is a citizen-based, non-profit organization formed to support our local firefighters and law enforcement officers.

  • 10How can I start a 100 Club in my area?
  • 11Does The 100 Club participate in the Randall's Remarkable Card's "Good Neighbor Program" or the Kroger Community  Rewards Program?
    • Yes.
      Randall's: The 100 Club's organization number is 3649. Feel free to download and print this pdf with all of the information, which you can take with you when you sign up at the Randall's courtesy booth.

      Kroger: The 100 Club's organization number is 91115. You must sign up online, as in-store registration is no longer allowed. Click here to register online.

      Randall's and Kroger will pay us a percentage of purchases from everyone who uses our number while shopping at Randall's and Kroger.

  • 12When should I expect my receipt and/or vehicle decals?
    • The 100 Club gets many calls from our members asking about the timing on acknowledging donations they have made. Because we have a small staff, the majority of our membership and survivor's fund donations are acknowledged by a Mail House. This method of acknowledging gifts allows The 100 Club to cut the cost of mailing on a daily business and use the funds to further the programs to help Law Enforcement and Firefighters.


      Made between the 1st and the 15th of the month are sent to our mail house on the 15th of the month. Members should receive their Membership Cards and vehicle decals within two to three days. If additional automobile decals are requested they should arrive approximately at the same time, but will be sent in a separate envelope. This same procedure is used for Membership Donations made between the 16th and the END OF THE MONTH, with the acknowledgements sent to the mail house on the last day of the month.


      Are divided into the same time frames as the Membership Donations.


      Are processed by The 100 Club Staff and acknowledgements sent within a day or two of processing.
